BANG! – A Balloon Drama
A short play about a great friendship and emotions on the verge of breaking.
It’s Jojo’s birthday, and Dedde has arranged a surprise—a balloon. The balloon is the most beautiful thing Jojo has ever seen, but soon the balloon has blown up between the two friends, and things are no longer as they used to be.
The play explores the feelings that arise when something disrupts a friendship and what happens when someone does something that causes the friendship to break apart. Should I lie? Should I tell the truth? And how do I actually go about saying I’m sorry?
